Roles and Responsibilities -
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends, generate insights, and support project objectives.
- Identifying suitable candidates that align with client requirements and ensuring a seamless, productive communication process between the client and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. This involves assessing candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, while facilitating clear and consistent dialogue to enhance client and candidate engagement and satisfaction.
- Research & Benchmarking: Conduct industry, market, and competitive research to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of their operating landscape.
- Problem-Solving: Support team members in identifying core challenges, developing hypotheses, and crafting solutions tailored to client needs.
- Report Preparation: Assist in developing presentations, reports, snapshots, social media posts using tools like Canva, Picsart, Powerpoint, etc.
- Client Interaction: Work closely with project teams to ensure client needs are met, providing support during client meetings, and capturing client feedback.
- Project Management Support: Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and methodologies to bring innovative approaches to client projects.
