Use Case 

Context

Our client , a supplier of automation equipment wanted to understand automation maturity in Indian steel plants and wanted us to a prepare a report regarding the same.

Our Work

Our in-house team of consultants in collaboration with our Steel Plant Automation Industry experts collected data, analysed the same after validation compiled the same ion the form of report. During this process our team interviewed over 10 professionals, studied existing literature of OEMs and user companies.

Results

We were able to provide insights on IoT platforms , SCADA/HMI configuration, Manufacturing Executing System and PLCs used by these  7 large plants. We ere also able to provide insights on maturity ranging from level 1 to level 4 automation scheme.
