Increasing demand from industry and professionals to build capability of people
We at Mavensworld work with professionals who are high performers in their respective industries and leading organisations who require their services. Quite often we are confronted with the following questions
To understand this better Mavensworld worked on� a project� led by Suvradipta Banerjee, supported by� Nikhil Yadav and Arindham Bhatia ( our summer intern studying at Ashoka University) to go deeper into this topic.
During this process, our team interacted with several Subject Matter Experts signed up on our database as well as spoke to several industry leaders spanning across industries.�
The study led to the conclusion that a structured capability-building program will add a lot of value and help in the following
1. Increase the success rate of candidates in interviews, by equipping them with the right tools relevant to the industry.
2. It will significantly shorten the selection time for organisations as the candidates have been curated and certified thus reducing the need for multiple rounds of interviews.
3. Will significantly reduce ramp-up time for candidates to start delivering on the job as they would be trained on skills most relevant to the organisation.
4. Provide a huge delta in compensation compared to their existing compensation for candidates as they will be more valued for the skills they bring in.
Therefore for people signed up on the Mavensworld database, we plan to launch a structured capability program on 1 August 2022. The first cohort will be for professionals who are aspiring to get into large consulting firms.�
